Led by David Falk, a seasoned consultant and conflict management specialist, the workshop promises to be engaging and insightful. With extensive experience in assisting organizations to prevent, manage, and resolve conflict since 1990, David combines practical wisdom with humor and real-world examples to inspire participants. He holds both a Bachelor and a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution and is recognized for his ability to resonate with audiences. The workshop is part of the QNET Certificate in Management Development program, offering 7 credit hours towards a 70 credit hour curriculum, and has been approved for 8 CPHR Continued Professional Development Hours by CPHR Manitoba. Participants will also have the opportunity to receive credit towards the Certificate in Applied Management: Organizational Effectiveness in partnership with the University of Manitoba's Continuing Education.
