Attendees will learn about the importance of communicating effectively in online environments and when it may be appropriate to refrain from online communication. The event features expert speakers, including Lisa Gooneratne, a Special Counsel at HWL Ebsworth, who brings extensive experience in personal injury insurance law and has been actively involved in the ACT legal community. This seminar is part of a broader Legal Executives and Support Staff Training Series, which consists of four parts aimed at legal executives, support staff, and lawyers, covering vital skills in project management, communication, mental health, and ethics. Participants who attend the full series can earn up to 4 CPD units, including 2 units in Practice Management & Business Skills and 1 unit in Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
