The Coach Cert Integration (CCI) focuses on building the capacity to conduct impactful one-on-one coaching sessions by applying ICF competencies and emotional intelligence techniques. CCI includes seven virtual online sessions, eLearning components totaling 14 hours, and opportunities for practice and independent work. Upon completion of the initial steps, participants can choose to apply for ICF Associate Certified Coach status, further enhancing their qualifications.
