The clash between concepts of peace and progress is challenging both practical and ideological beliefs. This has implications for various fields such as peace and conflict studies, justice studies, public health and policy, and critical theories. As paradigms shift towards the question of sustainability, it affects ways of knowing and sense-making. The proposal to the Journal should include findings, methodology, and contributions to the field of peace and conflict resolution. Both qualitative and quantitative studies, as well as practitioner perspectives, are welcome.
