NAPOA Annual Training Symposium & Exposition

The National Asian Peace Officers’ Association aims to strengthen the integrity of the criminal justice system and improve policing services. The Training Symposium will focus on presentations to help law enforcement agencies build relationships with communities, recruit and mentor, support members in promotions, and diversify the workforce. Topics at the symposium will cover Homeland Security, Terrorism, Investigation Techniques, Leadership Development, EEO Process, Cultural Gap Bridging, Officer Safety, Wellness, Promotional & Interview Preparedness, and Management & Leadership. The instructors are experts in their respective fields. The symposium offers valuable insights on contemporary issues and trends in law enforcement and provides an opportunity for attendees to connect and collaborate with personnel from various law enforcement agencies.
