SERID Conference 2023

The SERID Conference Committee is focused on building connections and fostering collaboration among professionals in the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind fields. This event provides valuable learning opportunities and facilitates the exchange of ideas and resources. It covers a wide range of topics, including rehabilitation, education, technology, employment, mental health, regulations, advocacy, interpreting, college programs, communication aids, captioning, and emerging programs. The conference also features an Exhibit Hall with various vendors, enriching participants' knowledge and contributing to the advancement of their professions. The South East Regional Institute on Deafness includes members from North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida.
