The FAI General Conference

Dayton, Ohio, the birthplace of the Wright brothers, is also home to the largest aviation museum, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, and the United States Air Force Research Lab. The city is proud to host the 117th Annual Conference of the FAI in October 2023, organized by the National Aeronautical Association. The NAA, established in 1905, is responsible for recognizing aviation accomplishments in the US and overseeing prestigious awards like the Collier Trophy and the Wright Brothers Memorial Trophy. The conference will feature an Awards Dinner on October 25 to honor distinguished members in Air Sports, followed by a relaxing dinner on October 26.
