Intentional Forum on ESG

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 in-house and outside counsel, together with a select few representatives from the consultant and finance communities, to discuss the rapidly expanding demands on corporations to meet the ESG expectations of stakeholders, investors, and regulators. Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group engages in meaningful dialogue about their shared experiences, and collaboratively examine legal innovation and market developments.
