Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit

The ABI is hosting its annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit, focusing on the progress made since launching the DEI Blueprint and setting the goal of becoming the UK's most diverse sector. The event will explore the theme "From ambition to action" and feature keynotes from industry leaders driving change. Panel sessions will address challenging areas of the DEI agenda, such as disability, neurodiversity, ageism, older workers, and promoting apprenticeships. The summit will also include the publication of the first annual progress report, detailing achievements and areas for future action.
