Business Communication Certificate Program 2023

This program enhances communication skills through skill practice, role-plays, and feedback. It uses workplace scenarios to practice authentic and clear communication. The program challenges participants to be seen and analyze their interactions with others. A capstone activity applies learned skills to a real-life scenario. Participants receive an AMA certificate and access to post-course resources. AMA is accredited by IACET to issue CEUs.
