The objective of this program is to help practitioners identify common office maladies and stay updated on the latest trends in medicine. It is most relevant to primary care physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. CME credit will be provided by the NWOOA in collaboration with the Ohio Osteopathic Foundation, which is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association. The program has a maximum credit limit and the amount of credit will be determined based on the physicians' participation. Physicians who do not submit their attestation form immediately after the conference will not receive any credit.
