The Local Organizing Committee has decided the new dates for the conference which will be held in Turin in May 5-8, 2021.Pre-conference courses will take place in Grenoble, Milan and Turin in May 3-4, 2021.Based on the change in dates, the early-bird registration will be available until March 1st, 2021. Conference proceedings will be published by December 2020. With this, we hope to meet the authors' wishes.We kindly remind that the final accepted papers will be published in the proceedings as long as at least one co-author is registered to the conference. Therefore Authors of accepted papers are requested to register by the 31st of July 2020. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that the conference will be canceled, pre-registration will be partially refunded.
