Meeting of the Acoustical Society of America

The 180th meeting of the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), titled Acoustics in Focus (AIF), will be held online Tuesday through Thursday, 8-10 .. Read more June 2021. Recognizing that online meetings cannot demand the complete attention of attendees for five full days, the meeting will be shorter than usual with a more focused set of topics. There will be a variety of technical session formats designed to encourage more active participation by attendees. This new structure is informed by the post-meeting survey for the fall 2020 Acoustics Virtually Everywhere (AVE) meeting. The condensed meeting format necessitates a limit of one abstract per presenting author. Although the number of abstracts accepted for this meeting will be limited, the intent is for Acoustics in Focus to be a highly rewarding experience for attendees who do not submit an abstract.
