The Forum conference serves as a valuable opportunity for healthcare providers, clinic managers and clinic administrators of Colorado’s rural .. Read more health clinics and rural hospitals to actively engage in creating synergy for programs and resources as they move towards models of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Meaningful Use, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and the Triple Aim. In addition, clinics will have the opportunity to learn about and discuss HIT. In the scope of most conferences – we are small – with a specific niche group of healthcare professionals in attendance. Given the three-year attendance record, CRHC expects around 200 participants to attend the conference in 2020. Approximately half of the participants represent rural health providers, with the remainder comprising exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, staff and other healthcare professionals. The Colorado Rural Health Center’s Annual Rural Health Forum is in its 20th year of service. The Forum provides an opportunity for Colorado’s 49 certified Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), rural clinics, and other rural providers and healthcare professionals interested in learning more about rural specific healthcare to convene, learn and network together.
