We will also discuss fouling effects and examples of gas filtration systems with soot build-up as well as air filtration systems such as an electrostatic precipitator. The models will all have different process or design parameters affecting their performance such as operating pressure or flow rate, membrane permeability, membrane area and product/contaminant concentration. It will therefore also be shown examples of how to share these models with colleagues or customers who then, without any simulation experience, can evaluate how different process parameters performs in the model.
