Workshop Overview: In today’s process-intensive industries, companies often struggle to implement Management of Change (MOC) processes as a means .. Read more to both minimize the effects of risks and encourage sound organizational decision-making. The average facility has hundreds of MOCs they process annually, and Process Safety compliance requires a focus on facility and technology change (i.e., equipment and procedure changes). More than ever, these organizations must focus on balancing risk with cost. To meet this new challenge, companies will need to evolve to effectively manage Organizational and Personnel Change as a part of a holistic, integrated approach to MOC. In this collaborative virtual event, we’ll explore why effective MOC is a foundational element for Intelligent Operations, as it forms the basis for interoperability for numerous work processes. This workshop will focus on the latest best practices for addressing MOC, along with meeting the challenge of creating effective processes that are automated to reduce risk and enhance efficiency. We will end with a discussion on the results of our 2020 MOC Primary Research survey and share insights on how attendees can apply the learnings and best practices to their own MOC challenges.
