Read more function, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and financial metrics and analysis. Our semiannual meetings focus on roundtable dialogue among peers from leading manufacturers. The program knowledge level is advanced (appropriate for executives with 10+ years’ industry experience). No advanced preparation is required and there are no additional prerequisites. Attendees are typically members of the MAPI CFO Council. If you’re not a member but are interested in attending, please let us know. All attendees must work for a manufacturing company or industrial distributor.
