Read more other experts, have warned that Covid-19 will stall, or even reverse, progress towards gender equality in the workplace. However, the pandemic also offers an opportunity to review working practices, such as flexible working, recruitment, and policies, to work towards greater gender parity. Join us at Achieving Gender Equality in the Workplace 2021 to hear the latest policy updates and guidance on gender equality in the workplace. You will hear from leading speakers on a broad range of topics encompassing women at work, transgender inclusion, and the role of men in gender equality at work. Bernadette is a notable diversity campaigner and public, working with leaders across government to drive a culture of inclusion in the Civil Service and increase the pace on driving representation of Black Ethnic and Minority Ethnic employees particularly at more senior grades. The Network actively supports members by helping to increase preparedness for leadership at the next level, and the overarching intention is to help the Civil Service address BAME underrepresentation in the Senior Civil Service (SCS).
