Phoebe Ramsey is a Senior Regulatory Analyst at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) focusing on policy issues relating to hospital quality reporting and performance payment programs. She also provides insight and analysis on alternative payment models, with expertise in accountable care organizations (ACOs) and health information technology.
