To best deliver efficiencies and economic benefits these new Critical Infrastructures (CI) are becoming increasingly interconnected and interdependent. This interconnectivity, especially without proper safeguards however creates vulnerabilities which then, either deliberately or inadvertently, become a catalyst for multiple failures in a cascading effect that jeopardises our economy and national security.
