Kamna Seth, Senior Director, ECE Initiatives, with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the field of Early Childhood Education working with .. Read more toddlers & preschool children and in several administrative capacities. Kamna has spearheaded professional development initiatives for early childhood educators over the years. She currently supports the Virginia Association for Early Childhood Education’s (VAAEYC) leadership circle and presents at national, state, and regional events. Being a CDA Professional Development Specialist and Preschool CLASS certified Trainer/Observer keeps her engaged at the early childhood program level. Amy Josephson, Education Manager, ECE Initiatives, has over 20 years of field practice working with children and families in varied settings including schools, hospitals, community recreation centers, parks and the court system. Amy has several years of experience teaching adult students and continues to also serve as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College. She is also a member of NAEYC and the Early Childhood Education Peer Group for the Virginia Community College System.
