For those planning to arrive early or depart late, stalls will be available from September 8 to September 12, 2025, at a cost of $40.00 per day for early arrivals or late departures. Tack stalls can also be reserved for the same fee, providing convenience for all participants. Participants are encouraged to pre-order bedding through Dever Show Services, ensuring a comfortable experience for both horses and riders. It is also noteworthy that any unreserved hotel rooms will revert back into inventory after midnight on July 28, 2025, so timely reservations are advised.
