The course focuses on the importance of project design and equips participants with skills on the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) to ensure quality projects. By the end of the course, participants will be able to describe the challenges and importance of the Logframe approach, assess stakeholder needs, utilize problem tree analysis, develop SMART indicators, create a logframe, and apply vertical and horizontal logic to a log frame matrix. The course has a duration of 5 days.
