He is currently a lecturer in Banking & Finance at the University of the West Indies – Cave Hill Campus; a freelance web technologist and financial economic analyst; and an economic and marketing advisor to an investment management firm: Pollards et Filles (Guyana) Ltd. His research in cryptocurrencies has produced a widely regarded research paper in conjunction with Professor Winston Moore: "Should Cryptocurrencies be included in the Portfolio of International Reserves held by the Central Bank of Barbados?"
