Prior to joining Moodya€™s in 2012, Steffen worked for more than six years with Deutsche Banka€™s Risk Analysis team in Frankfurt and Singapore, covering macroeconomic and sovereign risk analysis across Asia (ex-Japan), Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He also helped manage the banka€™s sovereign rating processes. Stordalen ownsA Strawberry, a corporate group consisting of ten companies operating in real estate, finance, hotels and art. Through Strawberry Hospitality Group, Stordalen owns Nordic Choice Hotels, consisting ofA over 200 hotels and employing 14,000 people. Colin joined Moodya€™s in February 2012, initially leading the work of the Macroeconomic Board and authoring the quarterly Global Macro Outlook. Previously Colin has worked at the Bank of England, Daiwa Capital Markets and the BVCA. He is also a Fellow of the RSA.
