TSOP Annual Meeting

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am pleased to announce that the 37th TSOP Annual Meeting will be held from September 11 to 16, 2021 in Sofia, Bulgaria. It is a great honor for Bulgarian organic petrologist to host the TSOP Meeting for the first time. TSOP Meeting provides an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and describe emerging technologies and directions in Organic Petrology. TSOP meetings have always been more than merely occasions for presentation of research findings. They have always served as community-building events, as opportunities for greater integration into our rich and diverse field for scholars of all ages and that’s why it was not easy to come up with this decision.We assure those of you, who will come to Sofia, that we will be happy to welcome you in our lovely old capital of Bulgaria, whose beauty will charm you. Sofia is a city conveniently located between the East and West where you will find remarkable examples of different cultures and at the same time you will be impressed by its greenery, architecture and history. The oldest and the biggest university in Bulgaria will host the event. The building of Sofia University is a monument of culture, one of the oldest, emblematic and exceptionally beautiful building that our capital has, located in the very heart of the city. Please join us in September 2021 so that we can visit the biggest coal-mining region on the Balkan Peninsula Maritsa East Complex. Also, we will discover the beauty of ancient and charming Plovdiv, a city chosen for European Capital of Culture for the year 2019.
