The National Conference of African American Librarians (NCAAL) is the largest gathering of African Americans working in library and information .. Read more science. In 2021, we will gather online to engage and elevate our conference theme: Culture Keepers XI the Sankofa Experience: Inspired by Our Past, Igniting Our Future from July 28 – August 1. The NCAAL XI website is the place to start planning your conference experience. Whether you are interested in participating in conference planning, presenting a program, exhibiting, or partaking in the distinctive and exceptional NCAAL learning and networking opportunities as an attendee, you will be able to find the information you need. Jason Reynolds will join us as a speaker at the National Conference of African American Librarians XI! We are pushing for the availability and development of various library resources and services to the African-American communities. Our programs and projects are all geared towards making our mission come true with the help of those who believe in the same cause.
