The main aim of the conference is to share knowledge and expertise in the wide areas of New Economy functioning in the context of COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. The fifth edition of ICOFEP will be divided into three major tracks: economics, finance and management. Daniel J. Galvin (Ph.D., Yale University) is an Associate Professor of Political Science and a Faculty Fellow at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University. Galvin’s research has been supported by the Russell Sage Foundation, the Economic Policy Institute, the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the National Science Foundation, the AT&T Research Fellowship, the Miller Center for Public Affairs, the LBJ Foundation, and the Dwight D. Eisenhower Foundation. Daniel Galvin is currently chair of the Politics, Institutions, and Public Policy program at the Institute of Policy Research and field chair of the American Politics subfield in the Department of Political Science.
