Designed as an “issue spotting” simulation exercise, this new program will focus on four hot button areas: cyber, privacy (and related regulatory .. Read more investigations), risk management and litigation. Designed as an “issue spotting” simulation exercise, the participants will assume corporate leadership roles designed to put them in their client’s shoes during the simulation. Through a series of escalating scenarios, the participants will gain insights that should help them advise their clients more effectively when faced with a cyber-breach, a privacy incident or litigation. Details for connecting to the virtual conference will be sent shortly before the event. Situation 1 (Incident Fog): The Problem, Team Discussion & Debrief (Time includes two transitions (five minutes each) to go in/out of breakout sessions and main room).
