A perfect opportunity to make contacts in the oil & gas industry all in one exhibition. As a petroleum engineering MSc student, I am pursuing a 60 day enrollment period as an internship trainee. To my astonishment, I had the chance to address representatives from major oil & gas contractors such as the EDC, ADES, BAKER HUGHES, SINO THARWA etc very easily. Although I had a tight schedule and attended the last 2 hours of day 3 only, I was lucky enough to bump into very helpful personell who assisted me with my query. I was promised recruitment as a trainee and given Business cards by very respectable engineers which is extremely beneficial. To be honest, these chances could be hardly seen in B2B fairs, and I was hesitant to visit the fair at first as I wasn't expecting much help, but it was quite simple to get in the flow and break the ice.
