Mine is a new business and it was extremely informative being able to speak directly with reps without competing with the public. The hall was set up nicely and vendors spread out to allow for conversations.

Pretty good professional but our agent didn't tell us all about the expo details such as the labels on the badges and rules of the booth decorations.... Would be better if we had received more information
