I wish there were more classes taught. Perhaps adding short advanced training condensed into an hour starting at 10am and run till 6. I also would have liked it if the show had a larger mix of items geared towards massage therapy as well. Items like hot & cold stones, classes, lotions, chairs, etc. I think there’d be a larger turn out of it was esthetician and massage combined since there really isn’t a convention for massage in the state of Texas. It’d also be another way to add more classes, like how to do advanced “lotion application techniques for estheticians. Feel free to contact me for more ideas, or suggestions.

The management rude, unconciderate, some attendees pushi arrogant. The floor plan was not well designed - some management even were used bulgar words to the guests and to the companies were renting the space ! It was a sucking experience! After I talked with some other account holders I was told it was not a first time and it is well known for the management this type of unprofessional customer service! They are not following those standards! Very very sad!

The classes were informative, but the rooms were overcrowded. The exhibit hall was well laid out. I enjoyed the speakers in the main hall. The food was a little high priced for the quality. Overall, I enjoyed it and will attend again next year.

PAID $250 FOR A TICKET THAT I ASSUMED WOULD GET ME SPECIAL SPA TRAINING WORKSHOPS, WHEN THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO HAD PAID $70 TO GO TO THE SAME WORKSHOPS.THERE WAS NOTHING DIFFERENTIATING THE TICKETS. I FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I only went on Sunday so I felt like having to pay full price for the ticket was unfair as well as you didn't have a lot of big time vendors there you had a lot of people peddling out of country junk don't think i will make it next year
