I have been going to this event for years ...... going down hill need better merchant on this event much of the same event ....Probably won’t attend next year

I was not able to go. I only wanted a ticket for Monday, but had to by tickets for two days. All I wanted to do is shopping for equipment which I am now buying on Amazon.

I absolutely just love being in the presence of the The International Congress of Esthetics & Spa-Long Beach each year that I get a chance to attend. I make sure that I get updated with all the newest and latest. What I love the most is the calmness I feel while attending and so far the feeling remains. I will be treating myself again this year as a birthday gift to myself.

I would have like to see classes on Monday mid day so not to have such a long space between the morning and the afternoon.Long Beach airport provide fewer flight out which unfortunately limited my stayed .

1 co. that I volunteered to be a model for their product non surgical lift was not too accommodating after. Lack of manpower. need to focus on one person and not answer all queries at the same time w different people asking questions

more times for classes. I missed out on shopping because I attended two classes today. parking frustration consider providing a service or allow us to bring and a cart to carry Purchases they would make a lot more money.

Having to pay over $5 for a bottle of water made the event forgettable. Too few vendors. Where were they? The walk ways between vendors was way too small with all of the rolling cases in the way.

They had many informative lectures and classes that were very beneficial. Well organized with many vendors.

it was really unorganized in terms of how to looks for your events on the magazine. Also, the registration system went down and ended up charging my card 4 times and i have to file a claim with my bank. Classes were okay.

I sent my niece and her mother in my place. She is attending Esthetician training as we speak.

It was my first time going to this event and I loved it. I was able to stock up on products I needed and athe a great price!

Most of the venders I work with were not here and the second day education was not as good as the first.
