Don’t buy your tickets in advance. They don’t discount price if you’re only attending 1 day. When I arrived for the last day of the show they charged me full 2 day price at the higher rate & when I complained the person in charge told me “if you don’t want to pay this price, you can leave “ and he dismissed me & said that’s all he had to say & walked away! I wish I would’ve taken his name. Very Rude & Poor Customer Service

I have attended many conventions over my twenty plus years as a professional and found this one lacking. I recently returned from Cosmprof in Bologna and the difference in quality was astounding. The variety of exhibitors was minimal and education topics provided were lacking. Also, having the educational sessions basically in the same room as the exhibit was not helpful as the sound system was off (hard to deal with the acoutstics in such a large room) and the constant flow of traffic in and out was disruptive.

It was awful in there. First of all they didn't even check for a license so ony one that is unprofessional can go and buy whatever they want. I don't understand how state board allows that. All the products we bought were the same price as online for regular clients. We just wasted $50 for the tickets to get in. Very disappointed with the shows lately, they are turning like a flea market. Is all about selling as much as they can and no one checks on the vendors or the people that get in the show. I feel like us as professionals that went to school have no more priority to products as any other regular individual that has no Idea. State board should be aware of this. Especially with all those skin care products that go te the deepest layer of the skin. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed the conference. But was surprised and disappointed the venders didn't have samples. How are you supposed to choose a company's product without samples?

It was nice and clean and easy to navigate. The speakers were good and so were the demos. I just wish there were more samples and less high-pressure sales pitches at booths.
