Conference on European Climate Change Adaptation

The Conference on European Climate Change Adaptation, organized by the JPI Climate will take place from 10th March to the 12th March 2014 in Lisbon, Portugal. The conference will cover areas like vulnerable sectors, agriculture and forests, coastal areas, marine biodiversity and fisheries, terrestrial biodiversity, ecosystems and nature conservation, water resources and management, health and urban areas, economics, financial instruments and insurance, crosscutting themes, uncertainty and decision making, climate modeling, observations and scenarios, user needs for adaptation, adaptation strategies, adaptation monitoring, evaluation and indicators, knowledge sharing and science practice interactions, climate adaptation services and transition societal transformation, ethics, values and equity.
