for navigating the complexities of a constantly evolving technical landscape. The event is exclusively open to affiliated chapters and is set to take place at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia.
Participants will engage in competitive events that allow them to demonstrate their capabilities and earn awards. Registration is essential, and there are specific guidelines regarding fees and deadlines. The cost is $135 per student and advisor, with guest registration priced at $80. It is important to note that unregistered guests will not be permitted in the venue. Each local chapter is allowed a certain number of voting delegates based on their membership size, and these delegates must wear their delegate ribbons to access the official business meeting. Additionally, chaperone requirements are strictly enforced, ensuring that there is both a male and female chaperone present if the delegation includes students of both genders.
The conference will also feature significant events such as the SLC Electric Vehicle Rally, which has expanded to a larger venue at The Lanier Speedway. This rally is open for the public to attend and watch, promoting engagement with the community. Furthermore, the conference will include a broadcast of the General Sessions over the internet, facilitated by the Hart County High School TSA Chapter, ensuring that those unable to attend in person can still be a part of the proceedings. Chapter Advisors must fulfill their affiliation requirements with National TSA to be eligible to register their members, emphasizing the importance of proper affiliation and payment to access the full benefits of the conference. The GA TSA encourages qualified members to pursue state office positions, providing a pathway for enhanced leadership opportunities within the organization.
