"An Owner-Driven Event Focused on Hotel Real Estate Investors, Developers and Franchisees"
The Gulf and Indian Ocean Hotel Investors' Summit will be returning to the UAE for the fifth year! Run by HOFTEL, the global alliance of hotel owners, GIOHIS is the event in the Gulf and Indian Ocean to meet with and focus on the issues facing hospitality real estate investors.

GIOHIS is expected to attract 250-350 senior executives from the hotel sector, of whom around 90 will be speakers, making the event more like a senior management seminar than a mass participation conference. Year on year, at-least 40% of delegates have come from groups which own and invest in hotel real estate and over 1/4 of attendees are company owners, CEOs and other C-suite officers.
