I enjoyed the event and thank you for bring it to my attention especially because the Toronto Congress Centre does not have an Event page on their website unlike all other convention and trade show facilities

I work many trade shows and attend lots in foodservice. As an attendee my cost for just the trade show was$ $250 which is a ridiculous amount to pay for a trade where the vendors are paying for their booths. Foodservice shows in comparison are $50-60 for 3 days and have very similar presentations and trade show set ups. This is a cash grab and may participants said the cost was 3 or 4 times what it should be.
