International Fitness Showcase

Love IfS it’s always great to get some new ideas and always have so much fun. My only grumble was how cold the opera house foye was especially for yoga and Pilates type session we did have to miss a couple of my picked sessions due to the temperature. Other than that great as always will be back next year 🫶

My only complaint was I had attended Gala first time and the amount I paid was good fair amount. But I found though emphasizing I was pestaterin. Ment can have fish/eggs/diary. I was given mushroom risotto!!! Bland as anything When I asked for other options there wasn’t. N took ages for the person in charge to show up! I got salmon salad which was okay but in future it would be good to have a warm meal as I n others had done 5clases n really was starving to find give this meal !!!

I had a fantastic time everything was so wonderfully organised lots of different classes to choose from I came home regenerated thank you for all your hard work this event

Breadth of disciplines and styles was fantastic

Powerhoop would love to return in 2024 and look forward to booking asap!
