IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo

Was able to meet various producers of innovative products for organic vitamines, natural coloring for the food indistry mostly for bread baker, seasoning etc... also visited producers of equipment for coffee roasting, fruits drying etc... overall very instructive. When is the next expo date as I planned to send in a large delegation across various food industry sectors.

Learnt about new varieties of product and technologies especially the Agro processing machines.

For Spices we did not see much.

Very good organised. The best person is Sara Rutkowski. Her help was excellent before and during the Show.

the location for our booth was not good and on the 2nd day you guys added another booth which took our corner location that I paid extra to be there. they were also not happy with your service
