Media Agency (Ad Factors) persons was doing misbehaving with media. They neither issued the media badges nor allowed to enter the IMC Fair for 4 days to media persons. Therefore the large number of media couldn't cover the IMC Fair at Pragati Maiden. They were not cooperating to media persons. QR system was also very poor.
