There was a lot to see and do. I loved all the free food samples, competitions and demos were very fun! Great venue.

From a pastry chef point of view just wish there was more dessert ideas. Loved the fondant and the cake displays.

You were supposed to send an email confirmation prior to the show which you did not. We had to stand on a ridiculously long line because we did not have that information.
