Introduction to Family Law Training

The Introduction to Family Law assists individuals, families with children or families with domestic violence in matters including marital dissolutions, child custody, child support, restraining orders, guardianships, conservatorships, wills, powers of attorney and probate litigation. This is a full-scope project in which the volunteer can take the case from start to finish. Depending on the circumstances of each case, cases can last for weeks, months or even years.
