I loved learning about nature (and being in it pre-conference), indigenous efforts, a psychologically rich life (new for me) and the youth crisis. I found the pace difficult. There was no movement or pause during the day to reconnect with myself, let alone connect with others. A full glass has no room for more. If you could incorporate more stretch breaks, music/movement breaks, performers etc... we know that they contribute to our wellbeing. Not sure why we don't honour the body or soul throughout the congress flow. (Beginning/end of day is not enough.) I found it heavily mind focused which made some of the learning inaccessible to me. That said, overall it was great. These are my suggestions to improve the flow/uptake of content.
