The Lean Construction Institute Congress intends to share stories of Lean successes and challenges as it will work toward the collective goal of enhancing the efficiency, quality and safety of the projects. This event is themed as The ABCs of Lean: Transformation through Actions, Best Practices and Coaching and it will explore the areas of Transforming Behavior & Culture, Transforming Preconstruction & Design, Transforming Procurement & Production, Transforming Construction Support & Planning, and Transforming Field Execution & Safety.
