This was our first time as a vendor and did not like our location, so we were wondering if you get a better location if you enter earlier rather than later? How do you place the vendors

completely mixed up. I was told not to bring other books except the two copies of one of my novels. and that i would have to pay extra $3000 if I wanted to sign . Then I saw others signing and giving out their books..I printed bookmarks but didnt bring them. Others were giving out pens, bags etc. NO information given. I am 76 and the heat was killing me By 130 I became sick of the heat, I didn't see a nurse or someone who could help so finally, with the help of other authors in booth 126 I was helped all the way to Jefferson to get and Uber.. Mixed feelings . I needed to be given information ahead of time.
