The Regulating with RNA in Bacteria and Archaea Meeting aims at bringing together researchers at all career stages with the goals of sharing new insights, establishing collaborations and cross-fertilization of ideas. In addition to invited talks, a majority of oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts to ensure that the meeting encompasses the latest advances. It will convene an international community of researchers that investigate how microbes use RNA molecules to control gene expression. Topics include cutting-edge advances in the discovery and evolution of new regulatory RNAs, RNA-protein networks, their roles in microbial pathogenesis, riboswitches and non-coding RNAs, RNA turnover and translation, and the RNA-based CRISPR immune system.
