As many are English educated why all in Chinese we are Malaysian Next time pls let it be fair all the language English / Mandrin BM and Tamil have diff race to handle this at each counter . That’s how to improve your business and increase your revenue .

It was good. More promotions and freebies will make it better. I see some freebies by Vietjet Air and it was excellent. Singapore Airlines can do better as they give such tiny gifts as freebies. Overall it was good.
