Viewing the brands, been able to physically see the products and quality. Ask questions about the products and get immediate answers .asking the agents how they could work with us if we placed orders with them, payment plans , delivery’s etc. Customising of products to suit our customers requirements. Further information on shoe fitting courses and fitting for special needs children, very helpful. Fabulous hotel, friendly helpful staff.

We got round the show a lot quicker then we thought as we didn’t realise that half the show was dedicated to shoes/bags. We were only looking for clothing and found we were finished by 3.30.
