NAAG Antitrust Seminar, the agenda, which is subject to change, features an economics primer, with emphasis on network markets; sessions on effective presentations for trial and negotiations; the failing firm defense in mergers; discovery issues, including amendments to FRCP 26; detection and prosecution of bid-rigging; prosecution of health care conduct cases, the use of publicity in antitrust cases and interactive training on settlement negotiations. Professor Steve Calkins of Wayne State University will be the luncheon speaker. There will be time at the end of each day for litigation meetings.
